Welcome to Wolf Fitness

This is a private, supportive space designed for women who want to feel stronger,  without the noise, pressure, or intimidation of a big gym.

Many of the women who train here have tried doing it alone or felt unsure what’s safe for their body.

 

Here, training is structured, personalised, and adapted to where you’re at, whether that’s postnatal, peri/menopause, or simply wanting consistency again.

You don’t need to be fit to start, you just need to be ready to begin.

What you can expect:

  • Private studio (no crowded gym vibes)

  • Women’s health focused training (postnatal, peri/menopause, confidence + strength)

Get started with a Strong Foundations Session

This is a flexible, no-pressure intro session designed to open a conversation, not push a sale.

The format and offer can be adjusted by Mark based on the client, season, or context.

What’s Included:

  • A 15-20min 1:1 consultation about fitness goals, health background, and lifestyle

  • Personalised insight into where to start,  especially for women managing postnatal, menopause, or hormonal challenges

  • Introduction to Mark’s approach: safety, support, and personalisation

  • Invitation to take up a follow-on offer

Choose between:

  • In-person (preferred): Studio consult + casual movement screen

  • Phone call (if preferred by the client): 15–20 minute intro conversation
