New to 2026, we are introducing our Cardio Semi-Private Training Sessions.


Our 65 minute Cardio Semi-Private Sessions will help you reach your goals!
These sessions are focused on cardio based excercises held in the usual fun group environment we're known for, whilst pushing you to improve your cardio vascular health.
As an added bonus, these sessions are cheaper than our regular weekly Sem-Private Sessions.
A great way to have an affordable and fun workout session.

Current Session times are ...
Tuesday 2:00pm and 7:00pm
Wednesday 2:00pm and 6:45pm
Thursday 2:00pm and 7:00pm
Friday 2:00 pm
Bookings are essential.
Please get in touch to check session time availability.
Generally capped at 4 participants, these sessions offer a fun group training session, taking full advantage of the full suite of equipment available at the Wolf Fitness SA studio.
If session numbers are small or solo, you'll also have the "privilege" of training with Mark as an added bonus! 💪😁
