Summer Season
During Spring, Summer and the warmer months we're back at Thalassa Park every Saturday morning for our larger Boot-Camp sessions.
We can also hold extra boot-camp sessions in our studio for those who prefer something smaller.
Session times for Summer Semi-Private Boot Camp
6:45 - 7:45am
Wolf Fitness SA Studio - Capped at 4 people
9:30 - 10:30am
Thalassa Park - Capped at around 12 people
11:15 - 12:15pm
Wolf Fitness SA Studio - Capped at 4 people
Bookings are essential for all Boot Camp sessions.

Weekend Semi-Private Bootcamp
In addition to our fully personalised Semi-Private Group training sessions, every Saturday we hold our Semi-Private bootcamps.
Join the great crew of regulars in a fun atmosphere. Tailored to suit people of all ages and fitness levels, you will still get an amazing workout with our 1 hour sessions.

There's 2 types of sessions held depending on the time of year and weather.

During the Winter and the colder/wetter months we hold 4 sessions held every Saturday Morning
Generally capped at 4 participants, these sessions offer a fun group training, taking full advantage of the full suite of equipment available at the Wolf Fitness SA studio.
A great way to have an affordable and fun session with a complete workout.
