Although public speaking and presentation is slightly out of my comfort zone, On November 30th I gave my first ever Bx xCite presentation.
The theme was The Wolf inside Wolf Fitnss SA and highlighted what the wolf represents and what the wolf spirit means to me and how it effects my business.
